11 – His wife’s privacy
While Elvis and Priscilla were together, the king had some interesting rules for himself. He’d never watch Priscilla getting dressed, and he’d never see her without makeup. Priscilla remarked that Elvis was very much into the suspense and subtlety this caused.
Presley was a man of results – only wishing to see his wife at her best. It wasn’t just high standards; he also didn’t want to cause any bad feelings. Priscilla admitted that she always wore at least a pinch of make-up while together with the king.
